Nolitha Tsengiwe is an experienced Executive Coach. She is a registered Psychologist with over 20 years experience in leadership through diversity and transformation, team coaching, executive coaching, lecturing and psychotherapy. Nolitha runs her own leadership development consulting company, Courage to Lead. She was a former partner in the Centre for Conscious Leadership and was extensively involved as a facilitator and coach at the Nedbank large scale culture change program that spanned over 8 years.
Izelda Swanepoel is the founder and director of Chiaro Business Transformation, a consulting firm that specialises in creating workplaces with engaged employees who feel that they belong. Chiaro works closely with businesses to address the issues of diversity and inclusion. Workshops and coaching focus on awareness training in terms of racial diversity, gender diversity, unconscious bias, in-group out-groups, rank, power dynamics and privilege and deep democracy.
Izelda has an MBA from Stellenbosch University, is a trained ORSC facilitator, Process Work coach, OD practitioner and accredited Enneagram Coach.
Ntsiki Ndumela, based in Johannesburg, is a team coach and facilitator specialising in executive, team, and organisational coaching. With over 20 years of corporate experience, she has held senior leadership roles, including Head of HR, and has led flagship leadership development programmes for organisations like Standard Bank and Deloitte. Her work focuses on transforming relationships within systems to enhance team and organisational effectiveness.
A registered clinical psychologist, Ntsiki holds certifications in Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC) and Integral Coaching. She uses a holistic approach to help clients tackle adaptive challenges, employing tools like Immunity-to-Change facilitation. She is affiliated with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA), and is pursuing ICF accreditation.
Sonja Swanepoel is passionate about people and their wellbeing. For the past six years she has been working as a transformation and organisational development consultant, specialising in diversity training and coaching individuals and high-performing teams. She has presented her research and expertise at international conferences in the fields of organisational behaviour and leadership. She has also been teaching part-time at the Stellenbosch University and is committed to aiding transformation in South Africa and to addressing systemic injustices.
Sonja holds an MBA (cum laude) from Stellenbosch Business School, an LLM (Thesis title “The efficacy of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act in the Promotion of Spatial Justice in an Urban Land Reform Context”) from Stellenbosch University, is a trained ORSC facilitator, and has received Enneagram and Organisational Development training.
